R/W Axe PvE Skills
So I don't PvE much, which makes these PvE Only skills new to me. So we needed a tank one day with no Warriors avalible and I came up with some thing, then modified it and started farming with it.
[skill]Dwarven Stability[/skill][skill]Great Dwarf Armor[/skill][skill]Lightning Reflexes[/skill][skill]Whirling Defense[/skill][skill]Triple Chop[/skill][skill]Cyclone Axe[/skill][skill]Whirlwind Attack[/skill][skill]Troll Unguent[/skill]
Attributes
Expertise 11 + 3 + 1 =15
Wilderness 6 + 1 = 7
Axe 12
I use an Axe with 15% Dmg in a stance
Its 20/20 sundering, though I may try a Vamp
My Shield is a Arrahhsh's Aegis
-2 Dmg while in a Stance
+45 Health while in a stance
I have radiant insignias, cause well I always do on my Ranger, though energy is a non-issue so anything else there is fine.
I've been mowing through Hulking Stone Elementals (Hard Mode out side Sardelac Sanitarium)with no problem farming granite Slabs for Destroyer Weapons, with groups of 1-2 I dont even use Troll, with 3 -5 I do once.
The Key is The Dwarf Skills, Dwarven Stability makes your Stances last longer and Dwarf Armor gives you +24 armor and + 60 max health. I've gotten Rank 8 Delver, so LR lasts 20 secs and WD 37 secs, so only 3 secs of non 75% block per minute. I was only rank 7 Delver when I started doing this and it was fine. My Sunspear is rank 8 aswell making Whirlwind +18 to all adjacent foes.
I'm honestly posting this build to find other places to use it, the Rocks are boreing me.

You might wanna consider Grawls outside Port Sledge, although, you'd have to toss in "Throw Dirt" then if you are to survive. Altough, the necromances have Chillblains which will, most likely, remove your Dwarven Stability and therefore make you vurnable several seconds. I'd recommend you to try other Stances as a replace for Dwarven Stability, and GDA. EoE will also help.
I'll give it a bash on my Ranger later today and post back some results.

You kinda missed the point of the build a bit Mr. Kotte, I'm not much into PvE so I wanted to try out some "PvE Only" skills since I don't ever use them over in PvP land where I spend a vast majority of my time.
Dwarven Stability only needs to be up long enough for you to active the stance for it to last longer anyway, As for the Dwarf Armor, its helpful and, Like I stated, a PvE only skill. I may try dropping it though to place in an interupt as I cant seem to drop the two bosses that spawn in the area due to Heal Sig on the one and Ward against Melee on the other.
Also I went out on Noob Island in NF, Plains of Dajarin ( I think its called), and rolled stuff, the huge groups of spiders are fun because of Whirling Defense they kill themselves (much like your grawl idea) watch out for the popups though, they have wild blow. I may do more work out here simply because of inscribable weapons.

Looks like good fun although if energy isn't an issue, is it worth dropping Superior Expertise for Minor? And using a Zealous Axe with all that AoE might help if energy does become an issue.
I haven't tried this yet, I'm not criticizing, just querying.

The higher the Expertise the longer the stances last, its not there so much for the "less E cost" factor.
Would love to add Apply, just not sure what to take out to add it in. It would certainly help with those that scater at times when you've got a big mob.
I carry a Vamp Axe and a 20/20 Sundering now, both 15% while in a Stance.
I have been trying this though:
Dwarven Stability, Great Dwarf Armor [skill]Gladiator's Defense[/skill][skill]Lightning Reflexes[/skill][skill]Distracting Blow[/skill][skill]Cyclone Axe[/skill]Whrilwind Attack[skill]Healing Signet[/skill]
Exp 14 (10 + 3 + 1)
Tactics 10
Axe 12
Glads stays up for 16 and LR for 18, so they overlap and your never out of a Stance. Stuff dies faster and there is an interupt, THe Warrior boss goes down easy, ecspecially if you pull him in with a mob. The Ele boss is a bitch still because of Ward agains Melee AND Blind, but its doable, you just have to time things, INT the ward and wait out the Blind.
Tried [skill]Lion's Comfort[/skill] its more spammable than Heal sig in combat, but useless outside of combat and you waste time reginign health between fights.
Getting a fair amount of Lock Picks and Warrior Tomes out there. Killing between 25 - 35 enemies, depending on the Grawl spawns. You can kill them too if you want, they are just harder when the Caster Grawls is there because he heals the melee and runs from you.
